1/4 tsp. cacao powder
Shiitake mushroom powder
Monk sweetener to taste
and...Coffee

Hello.
My name is D'ayanna, affectionately known as Yaya, Yanna, or miss D.
I am a self taught cook/nutritionist and exercise enthusiast.
I have been a vegan for better than 30 years. Prior to that I was a vegetarian.
