Hello.
My name is D'ayanna, affectionately known as Yaya, Yanna, or miss D.
I am a self taught cook/nutritionist and exercise enthusiast.
I have been a vegan for better than 30 years. Prior to that I was a vegetarian.
I believe that food is medicine for the body but the thought of an animal sustaining me is not appealing in the slightest.
I employ gluten free, sugar free and low carbohydrate basics to cooking and baking using unrefined ingredients.
I am by the way as of this posting 72 years of age.

I am excited to share some of my favorite recipes and enthusiasm for healthy living.  May you be inspired!
