Clean cauliflower. Rub with olive oil or a healthy oil choice. Then add seasonings of choice to cauliflower. Chop some opinions and garlic and mushrooms and I like to add tempeh for protein. Sauté in pan with a little oil. Add cauliflower and a little water. Cover and slow braise until tender. If cauliflower is large you can cover with foil and continue on. I add liquid amino and nutritional yeast during the slow braising. A little water as necessary. Ummm.... Done!!!! |
