What a wrap!

Red lentil flat bread/ wraps:

One cup lentils and two cups water.
Let sit overnight or no less than 3 to 4 hours.
Add all to a blender with a little salt an pepper.
Blend until smooth. Pancake like.
Heat a "nonstick" pan or griddle.
(I prefer a griddle. You can do several).

Ladle on griddle as big or as little as you like. If mixture seems a little thick you can add a small amount of water.
With a pancake spatula flip to continue cooking.
I made about nine with this measure.
They don't stick and can easily be stored in a zip lock bag and reheated if needed.

Clean cauliflower.
Rub with olive oil or a healthy oil choice.
Then add seasonings of choice to cauliflower.
Chop some opinions and garlic and mushrooms and I like to add tempeh for protein.
Sauté in pan with a little oil.
Add cauliflower and a little water.
Cover and slow braise until tender.
If cauliflower is large you can cover with foil and continue on.
I add liquid amino and nutritional yeast during the slow braising. A little water as necessary.
Ummm....
Done!!!!
